Don't Debt Online Group
The Don't Debt online Debtors Anonymous group uses "list server" electronic mail. When a member posts a message to the list's email address, their message is received by all of those on the list.
This list was established by several members of Debtors Anonymous with the following goals:
1. To establish an online presence of solvent debtors who could be a resource for debtors who had no access to DA meetings or only limited and difficult access.
2. To provide a discussion forum that is a cross between a meeting and a casual, on-going, solvency-oriented open discussion which is looser and more informal than a regular meeting.
3. To support the development of an online community of solvent (that is, non-debting or "abstinent") debtors who can share their experience, strength, and hope with each other, based on the 12 Steps, the 12 Traditions, and the 12 Tools of Debtors Anonymous.
[Historical note: This list was originally established as "solvent@elwood.cais.com" in 1996. In July of 1998 it was moved to "dontdebt@toto.com". In May of 2005, it was moved to its former location dont-debt@mailman.toto.com]. In August, 2007, it was moved to " dont-debt@dontdebt.org. The list has just moved to dontdebt@lists.wittygal.dreamhosters.com October 1, 2008.

You will then receive a message containing introductory and administrative information. You will have to authorize the subscription, using the instructions in your first message. After authentication, you can send messages to the group at dontdebt@lists.wittygal.dreamhosters.com and all members will be able to read and reply to your contributions.
